Where to Apply or Order a Replacement NoWcard.

Cumbria residents can apply at any of the following offices. Library staff will complete your application and take your photograph. There is no need to fill out an application form or provide a recent passport photograph. You will however still need to produce proof of address (please click the link for details), proof of identity and proof of disability for a Disabled pass.

Cumbria County Council has added a discretionary concession for eligible disabled applicants. Please see link Cumbria 24/7 for details and how to apply.

Library staff will ask for your telephone and NI number when they complete your application, neither of these are mandatory, but would be helpful. You will only be contacted by phone if there is a question relating to your application or your NoWcard. For opening times please click here.
