Where to Apply or Order a Replacement NoWcard.

 

The following offices authorise NoWcard applications. Bdirect staff will complete your application and take your photograph. There is no need to fill out an application form if you are applying for an Elderly NoWcard or provide a recent passport photograph. You will however still need to produce proof of address (please click the link for details of acceptable proof of address) and eligibility (proof of age for an Older Person's pass or proof of disability for a Disabled pass).

Disabled applicants need to make an appointment prior to visiting Darwen Town Hall

You can download an application form, please click the link Older Person's Form, Disabled Person's Form you will need to provide proof of address and date of birth/identity and proof of disability if required, plus a colour passport style and quality photograph (35mm x 45mm). The photograph must be recent and have a plain pale background, you must not be wearing sunglasses or a hat.
