How to apply?

From 1st April 2008

From 1st April 2008 the following office will take over processing NoWcard applications.

Fylde Borough Council Public Offices

Lytham St Annes

Opening times:

Monday - Thursday - 08:30 - 17:00

Friday 08:30 - 16:30

You can download an application form, please complete and take to one of the offices above. You will need to provide proof of address and eligibility (proof of age or disability), and a colour passport style and quality photograph (35mm x 45mm). The photograph must be recent and have a plain pale background, you must not be wearing sunglasses or a hat.
