The driver will record details of your card and give you a slip detailing the action you must take. You will be required to call the NoWcard Helpline with your card's details and the details of the bus operator, service and time your card failed. The Helpline will then request that a new card be issued to you by first class post which you should receive within 3 working days. You will be able to continue using your faulty card as a 'flash pass' together with the slip the driver gave you for 7 days or until your new card arrives.
