How to Check the Progress of Your Application for the English National Concession Bus Pass

 

You will need either the Customer Number that was printed on your application form or the Serial Number printed on your old style NoWcard plus your date of birth, in order to check the progress of your application. If using the serial number on your old style NoWcard only enter the last eight digits.
