How to apply?

The following offices authorise NoWcard applications.

Opening Hours: Monday to Thursday 08.30 - 17.15 Friday 08.30 - 16.45

Contact Centre staff will complete your application and take your photograph. There is no need to fill out an application form or provide a recent passport photograph. You will however still need to produce proof of address and eligibility (proof of age for an Over 60s pass or proof of disability for a Disabled pass).

South Ribble Borough Council visit each Tuesday morning to deal with any enquiries relating to NoW card.

You can download an application form, please complete and take to one of the offices above. You will need to provide proof of address and eligibility (proof of age or disability), and a colour passport style and quality photograph (35mm x 45mm). The photograph must be recent and have a plain pale background, you must not be wearing sunglasses or a hat.
