Where to Apply or Order a Replacement NoWcard.

You can download an application form, please complete and take to one of the offices below. You will need to provide proof of address and eligibility (proof of age or disability), a recent colour passport style and quality photograph (35mm x 45mm) is also required. The photograph must be recent and have a plain pale background, you must not be wearing sunglasses or a hat. A photograph can be taken at the time of your application.

The following offices accept and authorise NoWcard applications. West Lancashire Borough Council request that you take proof of your NI number along with proof of eligibility when applying for a pass for the first time. Replacement cards can be ordered from the offices below, payment can be made by cheque or postal order.
