The following offices authorise NoWcard applications. Bdirect staff will complete your application and take your photograph. There is no need to fill out an application form if you are applying for an Elderly NoWcard or provide a recent passport photograph. You will however still need to produce proof of address (please click the link for details of acceptable proof of address) and eligibility (proof of age for an Older Person's pass or proof of disability for a Disabled pass).

You will need to provide:

• proof of address 
• date of birth/identity 
• proof of disability

If required, plus a colour passport style and quality photograph (35mm x 45mm). The photograph must be recent and have a plain pale background, you must not be wearing sunglasses or a hat.
