How do I apply for a NoWcard?

• Apply in person (take proof of your ID):

  Carlisle (Monday to Friday only); Whitehaven or Workington libraries are now able to process applications (there may be busy periods at libraries so there may be a short wait)

• Apply online (have proof of your ID and a recent passport style photograph, to hand)

• Apply by post (return with proof of ID and a recent passport style photograph)

  request an application form at a main library

  • download an older persons application form (PDF 139KB)

  • download a disabled persons application form (PDF 215KB)
